Terms and conditions

§ 1. GENERAL
Any delivery between parties will be made on the basis of relevant normal sales and delivery conditions.


§ 2. PAYMENT
You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, VisaElectron, and American Express. Payment must be made via online payment. The price may be charged fee.
The payment will be reserved on your account when you have purchased the ticket/item and the amount will be withdrawn within 14 days.


§ 3. DELIVERY
3.1. Delivery of tickets takes place immediately after payment by sending the ticket as an e-mail with a PDF file (for self-printing).
3.2. Goods will be sent no later than the next business day after payment has been received. Goods are sent with GLS/DAO to the nearest parcel shop.


§ 4. HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a customer, you accept the conditions stated in our GDPR


§ 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please check your order before purchasing to ensure your order is correct.
Tickets – Lost tickets cannot be replaced, but can be sent again per e-mail.
Goods – Organizer reserves the right to reject participants interested in events without further justification. This will be done by refunding any purchased tickets. If you are in doubt as to whether you may be rejected, send us an e-mail and ask.


§ 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Ticket purchases are NOT refundable if you are unable to participate in the event. Tickets can be resold, but the organizer must approve the new buyer. Please note that the ticket is resold with associated consents to GDPR, Sales conditions, Rules for events, Rules for renting a caravan. Here, before the sale, the seller of the ticket must inform the buyer about conditions and ensure that the buyer has understood and agrees to them. Contact us by e-mail for approval of new buyers.
Please note: Pursuant to Section 18 of the Consumer Contracts Act, subsection 12 (Act on consumer agreements), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets under this agreement.
6.1 a If incorrect information is provided when purchasing a ticket (name, e-mail, telephone number), this may result in rejection upon arrival at the event without the possibility of a refund of the ticket price.
6.1 b If, after ticket purchase, there is a change in the participant for whom the ticket was purchased, this must be notified to the organizer immediately by e-mail. We reserve the right to reject the new participant without the possibility of a refund of the ticket price.

6.2 There is a right of cancellation on the purchase of goods (stock items, natural colored rope and wax) up to 2 weeks after receipt. To get the item refunded, you must contact us by e-mail about the return
within 2 weeks. The item must be returned in unused condition and in unbroken packaging. The customer pays shipping costs on returned goods.
There is no right of return on specially made goods (colored rope).
Order and delivery fees are non-refundable.

6.3 You can cancel the rental of the caravan up to 10 days before the start date of the event and get the full rental amount back. Please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that the amount may be deducted fees for transfers to countries other than Denmark.


§ 7. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
You have the right to complain about goods you have purchased from us, according to the danish law. The fault must be discovered before you start using the item. If the fault is caused by using the product, improper use or storage of the
product, the right to complain is waived.


§ 8. CHANGE OF TERMS
We have the right to change business conditions or prices at any time with a 30-day warning.


§ 9. TYPING ERRORS
We cannot be held responsible for any typing errors on the website.


§ 10. LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase is subject to Danish law. Any disagreement between the parties can be settled by the Court.
