Asimira & NoxknotWhen Asimira encountered rope bondage through her art school graduation project in 2015 she fell head over heels in love and dove headfirst into the international rope scene. Ropes provided a space for her to incorporate corporeality in a playful way. Her fascination for ropes and what they can do to her own body and the bodies of others in her hands led her to start a new education in physiotherapy. As a teacher her focus is on anatomy, and on ways to be playful and intimate as soon and as often as possible when tying.
Noxknot has been in ropes since 2022. Their background in aerial acrobatics has helped them cultivate a body awareness that they incorporate into their rope practice, along with a curiosity for the aesthetic and acrobatic possibilities that emerge when the two disciplines overlap. While form and movement continue to inspire them, their recent focus has shifted towards the emotional and erotic dimensions of rope. Living with hypermobility and other chronic health conditions has given Noxknot a unique insight into adapting rope to a broad range of bodies and has led them to develop active bottoming skills to safely navigate their bodies in stressful positions.
Asimira and Noxknot have been tying and playing together since the summer of 2024. When they tie the focus usually is on violence, power exchange and eroticism, where the rope is mostly a tool to achieve other kinks and fantasies.

Windschief & NastyLennard/Windschief (they/ them) has been practising bondage for over 5 years, with a particular focus on emotional connection and non-linear processes. Their style is characterised by rapid movement, an extensive background in various martial arts, and a high degree of drama. Which is complemented by incorporating the study of Theatre, philosophical aesthetic and culture in Shibari.
In teaching, they emphasise solid technical foundations, which can be built upon to increase improvisation, as well as body and rope handling.Nasty (they/them) has been active as a rope bottom since 2022 and attaches great importance to collaborative and interactive bondage.
As an educator Nasty is particularly committed to promoting the equal education of rope bottoms and their representation in the scene. The are very interested in the dicotomy of active and passive bottoming and started tying themselves a year ago. -
Joan Von Brook & TBAJOAN VON BROOK
is presenter, perfomer, rope bottom, rigger and co-founder of Subspace studio in Prague, Czech Republic. She is a shibari addict since 2013. First as a rope-bottom, but almost immediately started also tying actively. She has attended many workshops on both sides of ropes. As a rigger, she is mostly influenced by Soptik and A-Nicolas. As a bottom, she greatly benefits from her experience with challenging ties either in Naka style or because of bottoming for Tifereth and A-Nicolas. Her passion is sharing information about rope-bottoming both for floorwork and suspensions. Has various sports and dancing background, loves to look at body and mind as an inseperable unit. -
GiGi/SamjaySam Jay (he/him) and Zero-Gi (she/her) are known for bringing rope bondage to great heights, from skyscrapers to high fashion. Since joining forces in 2018, they have made a splash through their iconic NYC Street Shibari project and without-a-net high-altitude urbex suspensions. As performers, they drop jaws with their death-defying stunts, rock-and-roll energy, and breakneck speed, seen everywhere from Torture Garden and fetish balls to Burning Man, international destinations, Broadway, and TV. They continually push the envelope on a global stage together, from single toe suspensions to their popular new ties, techniques, transition sequences, inclusive adaptations, and dogma-ditching expansion of the standard rope repertoire. In May of 2026, they’ll be making waves with the inaugural Tying in the Tropics, a week of sun, surf, shibari, and world-class education at a sex and kink-positive luxury resort in Jamaica.

Ginger_Ropegirl / ModelOntheLooseGinger_Ropegirl first discovered bondage as model in late 2021, she was instantly caught by being forced to explore the sensations in her body and how it could be affected by a deep physical connection with the Rigger.
Ginger’s experiences as a Model attending workshops around Europe with her Rigger as Bound2gether.dk inspired her development as Rigger. Her style is influenced primarily by technique and esthetics. To be able to have fun and still present her model from the most beautiful view is her goal, her inspiration comes from her model’s sounds and how she dresses. Her teaching can be either clean technique or focused on more soft topics like troubleshooting, movement, equality in a rope session/dynamic.
Since ModelOntheLoose was introduced to ropes in 2022, she was drawn to the ropes, the different feelings on the skin, the pressure on mind and body. The surrender to another person.
Keywords are trust, human chemistry, communication, connection and time used together. Still evolving, exploring and curious of the different dynamics.
Ginger_Ropegirl and ModelOnTheLoose has been tying together since early 2025. -
Kinknamepending & AzeretmorPen and Azeret met around 3 years ago and started tying together a year later. They have been exploring their friendship and tying dynamic and growing closer ever since. They would describe their tying dynamic as erotic torture, focussing on elements of objectification, desire, often in a slow burn gentle yet firm, style.
Pen (he/him) is a bottom-leaning rope switch from the UK who loves exploring the emotions and vulnerability of shibari.
Initially, he approached Shibari as ‘just another form of bondage’, but soon realised it is something much more profound than this. Pen ties with many people with different styles, but he always falls back towards his love for power exchange and surrender. – “The worst way to torture Pen is to tie him in a way that is easy to escape..”
He has taught and performed at events across the UK, Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia. Passionate about rope bottoming education and safety, he uses his extensive training in human anatomy and physiology to empower both bottoms and riggers to explore rope play more safely and freely.Azeret is a rope switch, performer and a professional domme from Prague. Her journey started in 2017, initially driven by her background in new circus, sharps and performance art and was a new way of exploring, challenging and moving her body. Over the years ropes grew into a passion of great importance and gave her a unique way of exploring intimacy and connecting to other humans.
Her focus now is primarily on communication and play, using the ropes more to enhance a specific dynamic and combining it with other aspects of bdsm. She ties in different styles and adapts to her bottoms strengths and weaknesses. Tying in a way that makes it easy for her partner to escape is also not her preferred way, so sadly she hasn’t been able to torture Pen like this, but we’ll see what the future holds.
