MyShibari is a privately owned rope venue in Central Jutland that has existed since January 2023. We are Denmark’s largest shibari venue with the unique facilities to tie both inside and outside.
At MyShibari, we offer classes, rope jams, large international rope events, pop up events in cozy, safe and inclusive settings.
Once a year in Maj/June MyShibari host a workshop with international teachers and in August the Danish Shibari Festival is held with many different presenters from Denmark and abroad. Events take place on a private property in Central Jutland where both indoor and outdoor suspension spots have been set up. There are options for tying in the forest, by the lake or in an 11m high tower. Stay informed about when the next big event will be held here.
MyShibari also holds smaller workshops where classes are taught at different levels in small groups so there is time for everyone to get the help they need. You can find information about the workshops here. We teach beginners on Monday evenings, lower intermdiat/intermediate on Tuesday evenings. Once a month on Wednesdays we teach intermediate/advanced. If you want that fits your skills an needs exactly MyShibari also offers private teaching by arrangement.

In the teaching, we place great emphasis on safety in ropes, cooperation between model and rigging and their internal relationship, bindings adapted to the model, body awareness and the overall experience. We host rope jams approx. every 2 months where you can tie on your own, meet like-minded people, socilaze, have fun or see what rope bondage is. See our events here or here/here/here. Rope jams are often combined with a theme event such as fun rope games, rope/model mini conference etc.
Are you havig a party we would be happy to provide unconventional entertainment. We offer to make a performance for your party where perticipants will have an opportunity to try ropes on their own bodies afterwards. Contact us for mere information.
At our beautiful shibari venue, there is also a private tying room where you can immerse yourself and where the outside world is shut out so that the sense of time and place disappears completely.
